Our delivery commitment is subject to the availability of goods. If the ordered work is not published yet, the order will be pre-booked, if possible. If works are out of print you have the choice, to either cancel your order or to put your name down for a possible reprint or a possible new edition. In any case, you will immediately be informed about the unavailability of the article.
Partial deliveries are allowed, if parts of the order are not available at the time of order.
We deliver worldwide. Within Germany the delivery time is 2-3 working days after receiving the order. To European countries outside Germany we deliver within 3-4 working days after receiving the order. In other countries the delivery time depends inter alia on customs and import regulations of each country and cannot be rated generally. The delivery of digital contents provided for download, only takes place when the payment has been received.
Delay in delivery due to force majeure as well as events that make the delivery much more difficult or impossible for us. These include disruption of operations, force majeure, strikes etc. in the own company, of the contractor or the subcontractor. In this case you cannot claim damages caused by delay or damages for non-performance.
In case of non-acceptance or impossibility to supply the delivery for reasons we are not responsible for, we are entitled to invoice a compensation for de facto incurred shipping costs. This shall not apply, if the customer exercises his right of revocation effectively, if the delivery cannot be made due to circumstances beyond the customer`s control or if he has been temporarily impeded to receive the offered service, unless the seller has notified the customer about the service for a reasonable time in advance.
In case the customer is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental destruction and accidental deterioration of the sold goods shall be transferred to the customer as soon as we delivered the goods to the freight forwarder, the carrier or to other persons designated with the task of performing shipment. In case the costumer is a consumer, the risk of accidental destruction and accidental deterioration of the sold goods shall in principle only be transferred to the customer or to an authorized recipient as soon as we have delivered the goods. Deviating from this, even in case the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental destruction and accidental deterioration of the sold goods is transferred to the customer as soon as we have delivered the goods to the freight forwarder, carrier or to other persons designated with the task of performing shipment, if the customer has instructed the freight forwarder, the carrier or the other person designated with the task of performing shipment to carry out the delivery of the goods and if the choice of this person was not previously offered by us.
